At Livvy London, every piece of jewellery is designed to hold meaning and become part of your story. We hope you will treasure your purchase, but if for any reason it is not quite right, we are here to assist you with care and discretion.


Our Returns Promise

We are pleased to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
Unworn and in original condition
Returned in their original Livvy London packaging
Accompanied by any certificates, tags, or presentation materials

As our jewellery is crafted to the highest hygiene standards, earrings may only be returned if faulty.

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your request

Once authorised, we will provide detailed return instructions to ensure your jewellery is returned safely.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that payment providers may vary in their processing times.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless an item is confirmed as faulty or supplied in error.


Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a different piece may feel more suitable. Where stock permits, we are delighted to offer exchanges for items of equal value.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

Livvy London jewellery is created with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Should your piece arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs where possible.

We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

For the wellbeing of our clients and the integrity of our jewellery, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

•⁠  ⁠Custom or personalized jewellery
•⁠  ⁠Sale or promotional items

Final sale items may only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or if received incorrect.
